A popular hotel located near Bolton is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join a brigade of 15 chefs. The property is a busy venue with a restaurant, bar and conference and banqueting facilities with a capacity of 400 plus covers. The menus all feature dishes made using good quality fresh ingredients. During the peak season the property is very busy so needs a Junior Sous Chef who is capable of working whilst under pressure.
Requirements:
- A Junior Sous Chef who has a stable background and has been working for a minimum of 2 years at this level, ideally with experience in busy 4 star hotels.
- A Junior Sous Chef who works well under pressure and is able to work to tight deadlines is ideal for this role.
