As part of the Technical Solutions team, the Estimating Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a team of multi-utility estimating engineers, ensuring accurate and efficient cost estimates are produced that meet customers’ requirements and expectations.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Manage a multi-utility estimating team ensuring key performance milestones and deadlines are met.
- Produce timely, accurate, and detailed estimates.
- Develop and maintain customer working relationships.
- Drive forward continuous improvement and a “can do” attitude within the estimating team.
- Participate in regular training/learning activities to maintain and develop skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all Stark policies, procedures, and working practices.
- Ensure the health and safety of yourself and others who may be affected by what you do; use work equipment provided safely and cooperate with managers to provide safe systems of work.
- Any other reasonable duties as required.
