Summary We are looking for sales professionals who can initiate and manage relationships with customers, serving as their point of contact from initial outreach through to final purchases. Key Responsibilities Conduct analysis of opportunities and challenges in the designated region. Focus on restaurant acquisition. Ensure successful onboarding of new restaurants. Facilitate revenue and profitability growth for existing restaurants. Monitor the penetration and effectiveness of marketing activities in the region. Strive for operational excellence in the region. Collaborate with the organization to optimize regional performance. Maintain Key Accounts in the region. Provide day-to-day reporting of sales activities. Conduct regular catch-ups and be available for guidance and assistance. Candidate Requirements Valid UK Driving License. Good communication and marketing skills. Possess an adaptable can-do attitude, being positive, proactive, and energized by a fast-paced environment. Lead by example and demonstrate initiative. Display empathy and provide support as needed. Possess advanced communication skills to build rapport and convey information clearly. Demonstrate honesty and integrity in all interactions. Willingness to travel and work on weekends.
