Be a Part of Our Facilities Management Team! We're looking for a dedicated Property Maintenance Operative to help us ensure our properties remain in excellent condition. You'll play a crucial role in providing safe and comfortable environments for our residents. If you enjoy problem-solving and taking pride in your workmanship, we want to hear from you!
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete all maintenance jobs to a high standard including but not limited to:
- Joinery: Doors, window, floors, skirting and architrave, kitchen repairs.
- Plumbing: Toilet repairs and replacements, taps, leaks, blockages.
- Wall finishes: Tiling, plaster repairs and skimming, decoration.
- Minor electrical: Light bulb and tube replacement.
- Grounds: Fencing and paving.
- Void works: Repairs, clearance and cleaning.
For this position the successful candidate must hold a full driving licence. A van is also linked to the post specifically for work use only.
