We are hiring an Administration Officer for a respected and growing business that works with some of the UK's largest retail, banking, and commercial brands. You'll be helping customers resolve overdue debts, setting up sustainable payment solutions, and supporting them on their path to financial recovery.

As an Administration Officer, you will be dedicated and detail-oriented. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and updating customer accounts, ensuring they are progressing appropriately through various stages. This includes recording activities such as Enforcement Agent visits, telephone calls, and correspondence. You will negotiate payment arrangements in line with client guidelines and handle both standard and bespoke correspondence.

Additionally, you will interact with defendants, clients, debt advisory groups, and third parties via telephone and in-person to resolve accounts. A key aspect of the role involves identifying and appropriately handling potentially vulnerable customers, ensuring actions align with client instructions.
