OH Medical is working with an In-House organisation to find an experienced Senior Occupational Health Advisor (SOHA). This Full-Time hybrid role is an exciting opportunity that will see you working remotely 4 days per week and 1 day per week onsite in Eastleigh.
The Role: As the Senior Occupational Health Advisor, you will be joining an established team to deliver a full remit Occupational Health Service. Your duties will include:
- Case Management
- Pre-employment questionnaires
- Assisting in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the OH Department
- Health Education
- Supporting junior team members, acting as a role model and aiding their professional development
Required Skills: To be the successful Senior OH Advisor Candidate you will have:
- An NMC Nurse Registration
- Occupational Health experience is essential
- Case Management experience
- Excellent IT skills
