This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Commercial Catering Engineer to join Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd, working across Southern England on a mix of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and installations. This role is ideal for a skilled engineer with experience in gas-fired catering appliances and electrical catering equipment, looking to further develop their career within a well-established and accredited company.
Operating for over 15 years with an established customer base, Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd is looking to expand our Catering Engineering Team with skilled professionals. As a RICS-accredited business working across Southern England, we manage a diverse team of multi-trade operatives, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all aspects of property services. We hold NICEIC, Gas Safe, FGAS, Construction Line, and ISO accreditations and are committed to delivering the highest standards of safety and workmanship.
We are currently seeking a Commercial Catering Engineer to:
- Carry out reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and installations on gas-fired catering appliances.
- Diagnose and repair electrical catering appliances and warewashing equipment.
- Accurately assess faults and provide repair options to clients.
- Work closely with Estimators, Site Supervisors, and Customers to plan and cost jobs.
- Ensure health & safety standards are met at all times.
- Maintain a polite and professional customer-focused approach.
- Participate in our on-call rota to provide emergency support.
The role is covering commercial catering sites across Southern England. Overtime available. Competitive salary (£40,000 – £50,000 per year). Company van, phone, and fuel card provided. Requirements:
- Proven experience across multiple disciplines in commercial catering equipment maintenance.
- Full clean UK driving licence (preferred).
- CSCS Card (preferred).
