We are seeking a Friendly, Compassionate, and Caring individual to join our team at Froome Bank in Bromyard. As an Activities Champion, you will help enhance the lives of residents through entertainment, activities, and community engagement. You will also support fund-raising events, build relationships with service users and their families, and act according to our policies and procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Formulating activity profiles for each service user in collaboration with care staff
- Ensuring the safe use of equipment
- Maintaining accurate records of activities
- Coordinating outings with senior nursing staff
- Researching access and toileting facilities for outings
- Communicating with senior care staff about medical or nursing care information
We provide full training, including leadership development opportunities.
