We are a fast-growing, customer-focused OMS SaaS Retail Tech company with over 80 clients. Our innovative software suite allows omnichannel brands and distributors to unify their stock (stores, warehouses, suppliers), provide an accurate real-time delivery promise, and fulfill orders from every stock point. In 2024, we received a significant investment from the US Private Equity firm Summit Partners to further accelerate our growth, particularly in the United States. In order to support our expansion, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to help us recruit the best talents worldwide. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our global team by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier professionals who will drive our growth and innovation.

Talent Acquisition

  • Support your assigned teams in defining their recruitment plan.
  • Write and publish compelling job postings to attract top talent.
  • Develop a tailored and effective sourcing strategy for each position.
  • Assess candidate profiles and coordinate the recruitment process.
  • Manage multiple job openings simultaneously in France and internationally (USA, UK, Germany, Italy).
  • Build and maintain strong talent pools.

Employer Branding

  • Collaborate with the HR team to define and implement an employer branding strategy.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and other related events.
  • Establish and oversee a school relations strategy.
  • Enhance communication and presence on social media platforms.
  • Propose innovative ideas for communication tools and strategies.
  • Contribute to creating fun activities and team-building events to strengthen team cohesion.

Desired Profile

  • You hold a higher education degree in HR, Business, or Management (Master’s level).
  • You have at least 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You are autonomous and detail-oriented.
  • You are versatile and a quick learner.
  • You are communicative: you aren’t afraid to ask questions if you don’t understand something or to speak up when something isn’t right.
  • You are persistent: this quality will help you succeed in filling challenging roles.
  • You are flexible: you’ll likely handle a variety of tasks and juggle multiple responsibilities at once.
