The HR Administrator will play a key role in providing an effective and efficient service to our wider HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR Operations and working with a professional HR team, you will have the opportunity to assist an effective and efficient Global HR team. What you will be doing:

  • Acting as first point of contact for all HR Operations related queries within our HR Helpdesk via ManageEngine Service Desk Plus.
  • Provide a 1st class global HR service to the organisation ensuring internal SLAs are met.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new staff, including preparing new hire documents, setting up systems access and completion of background verification checks.
  • General administration tasks pertaining to HR Operations such as Promotions, Absence, Terminations and Audit.
  • Administer global staff benefits programs, ensuring staff are enrolled, updated, and provided with accurate information regarding health benefits, insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

  • Strong people skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and regions.
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of global HR practices, policies, and employment laws is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience working within an HR function.
