For Companies Were a premium print company based in Central London, producing high-quality small and large format work for some of the worlds most iconic brands. Were now looking for a sharp, numerically-minded Print Estimator to join our tight-knit, 16-person team.
Youll be quoting complex jobs across multiple formats, communicating directly with high-end clients, and ensuring every detail – from spec to price to delivery – is accurate and on point.

Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for small and large format print jobs

Liaise directly with clients and account managers to clarify specs and advise on the best production approach

Manage the quoting process from initial enquiry to confirmed job handover

Make light pre-press adjustments (e.g. bleed setup, minor imposition, resolution checks)

Track and follow up on quotes, with the potential to earn commission on successful conversions

Collaborate with production to ensure cost-efficiency, timing, and job feasibility
-
Work under pressure to meet deadlines with absolute accuracy

3+ years experience within the print industry (this is non-negotiable).

Strong numerical and analytical skills – confident with cost breakdowns, margins, and turnaround logistics
-
Excellent spoken and written English- youll be communicating directly with high-profile clients

Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and general prepress principles

High attention to detail and the ability to work calmly under pressure

Familiarity with estimating software or MIS (e.g. Tharstern, Clarity, etc.)

Hands-on print production or artwork experience

Track record of converting quotes into jobs and maintaining client relationships
