We now looking for aHealth & Safety Advisor to support and work alongside the H&S Team to inspire, develop and deliver the HSE strategy across the business.

The role of Health & Safety Advisorwill be responsible for the following areas:
- Help all teams in the compliance and monitoring of all HSE Standards, policies, procedures and management systems
- Ensure that HSE improvement plans are developed with in the company, implemented and monitored in compliance with UK legal requirements
- To support and enable effective accident and incident investigation to be completed in order to identify the immediate and underlying causes and the appropriate corrective actions
- Provide the appropriate level of challenge and help in developing actions to avoid repeat incidents
- Facilitate effective communication of HSE issues and learning points across the business
- Help supervise and mentor H&S Team
- Lead continuous improvement opportunities within safety management processes

We will be excited to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following skills for thisHealth & Safety Advisor role:
- NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent
- Consistent history of undertaking HSE Management in high risk environments
- Ability to work effectively in a high paced and demanding environment
- Up to date knowledge of current UK legislation covering HSE
- Proven ability to run multiple project simultaneously
- Strong HSE system auditing experience
- Strong communication skills to interact with and engage key stakeholders
