Our client is a specialist buy-side compliance consultancy who are based in London. They are currently seeking a Regulatory Reporting Manager to join the team and support the firm's many clients.
Role Overview:
As a Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing BAU regulatory reporting capabilities, as well as working on projects, for the hiring firm's clients. The ideal candidate will have experience covering both MiFID and EMIR regulatory reporting as well as SEC filing and disclosures.
Key Responsibilities:
- UK regulatory reporting including MiFID
- EMIR reporting and ensuring compliance with EMIR refit rules
- Monitoring and submitting major shareholder disclosures, takeover panel disclosures, issuer requests, and short selling disclosures
- Global regulatory reporting including SEC 13 reports
- AIFMD reporting
- Assist the wider team with other tasks and responsibilities as required
- Ongoing project work
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field
- 5-10 years regulatory reporting experience including MiFID and EMIR
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders
