We are seeking an experienced Network & Security L2 Administrator for a 6 month contract based onsite. This role operates within a 24/7 environment, on a rotational shift basis, and may be extended based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless networks using various tools.
- Configure and support Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls, wireless controllers, and F5 LTM devices.
- Perform proactive analysis, apply firmware/software patches, and handle SSL certificate renewals.
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of major incidents and network issues.
Essential Skills:
- Strong experience with Cisco/Juniper routing & switching (OSPF, BGP, VLANs, NAT, SD-WAN).
- Solid knowledge of Firewalls (Checkpoint), VPNs, DNS/DHCP, IPAM, and F5 LTM (including iRules).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless, Meraki, and enterprise network monitoring tools.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCSA, and F5 LTM highly desirable.

- Duration: 6 months (extendable)
- Shift Pattern: 24x7 environment with rotational shifts and days off
