Compass Associates is pleased to partner with an independent provider of children’s residential care homes and schools in the UK. This organisation supports children and young people facing social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, mental health difficulties, learning disabilities, and autism. They provide therapeutic environments designed to help residents recover from past traumas and develop the skills necessary for independent living or reintegration into family settings.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical, Forensic, Counselling, or Educational Psychologist to join the company on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you’ll provide direct clinical interventions, psychological assessments, supervision, and training. You will collaborate closely with a compassionate therapeutic team including Psychologists, Counsellors, Clinical Trainers, PBS Practitioners, and Assistant Psychologists.
Requirements- HCPC registered as a Practitioner Psychologist (Clinical, Forensic, Counselling or Educational)
- Experience working within a Children’s setting
- Enhanced DBS check
- Driving licence and car
- 1st stage – Informal chat with the Clinical Director
- 2nd stage – Face-to-face interview with Clinical Director and Head of Education
- Ongoing training and CPD support – including Expert Witness training!
