As Head of Data, your mission is to make sure that high quality and timely data drives the big decisions. You will lead the data team in ensuring our data infrastructure and data modelling is accurate, cost efficient and secure and that end users have accurate, timely and trusted data.

Experience

  • Experience in the financial services or payments industry, ideally with exposure to B2B payment platforms or fintech companies.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading cross-functional data teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Ideally as a data leader in a PE or VC backed company.
  • Hands-on experience with data governance, regulatory compliance and risk management in financial transactions.
  • Expertise in data architecture, data modeling, and database management.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based data solutions.
  • Experience with the tools we work with, or other equivalent ones (dbt, BigQuery, Stitch, Segment, Fivetran, Metabase, Apache Airflow).

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering (e.g., Computer Science Engineering), Mathematics, or Statistics.
