As the Head of Brand Experience, you will be the key leader responsible for driving brand experience workstreams with strategy and direction from the Business Unit Director. You will lead the long-term vision and strategy, deploying the Brand Experience Planning Process each fiscal year to drive demand and growth for our brands.
This role offers the opportunity to lead the deployment of our "Building Iconic Brands" strategy, ensuring consistent brand expression across all experiences and markets worldwide. You will balance short-term marketing objectives with long-term brand health, maintaining global relevance.
You will create creative campaigns that drive growth, fostering relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders. You will partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, innovation, media, and more, to communicate and champion our brand vision.
Your responsibilities include managing global agency workstreams, translating campaign ideas into impactful plans, and leveraging media channels. You will also craft briefs for partners, grounded in consumer understanding, providing clear guidance to your team.
