The Role: Contribute to the success of the business through effective support of scientific staff in Manufacturing Areas (GMP). Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) cleaning manufacturing areas and maintaining appropriate levels of garments/consumables for all GMP areas.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • To perform routine scheduled cleaning of the manufacturing and associated GMP areas as well as ad hoc cleaning as required by manufacturing teams.
  • To perform equipment cleaning on specific equipment for which you have been trained.
  • To support scientific staff by monitoring and maintaining levels of consumables within GMP manufacturing areas.
  • To support scientific staff with associated tasks as required.
  • To manage garments required for GMP areas, ensuring adequate garments are available in all change areas as well as effective control over the laundering process.
  • To keep detailed and accurate records in Logbooks of all work undertaken, ensuring that all records are clear, concise, and legible at all times.
  • To comply with all relevant SOPs and keep training files up to date.

Qualifications and experience:

  • 2 years + cleaning experience.
  • Relevant experience within a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
