We’re thrilled to be recruiting for a Legal Support Manager to join a leading national law firm within the Manchester Office. This is your chance to make a significant impact by supporting a team of expert litigation lawyers on a diverse portfolio of high-profile and complex cases.
As Legal Support Manager, you’ll take the reins in delivering an exceptional, client-focused legal support service. Managing and mentoring a talented team of Practice Assistants and Team Assistants, you’ll ensure seamless day-to-day operations, enabling fee earners to perform at their best. By strategically designing and implementing efficient support services, you’ll contribute directly to the firm’s success and enhance the client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Practice Assistants and Team Assistants, ensuring top-tier administrative support is delivered consistently.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to design and implement efficient support services that empower fee earners to excel.
- Prioritise and manage multiple demands while maintaining a laser focus on client satisfaction and quality.
- Lead initiatives to improve internal processes and systems, driving efficiency and overall firm performance.
- Act as a role model and mentor, providing guidance and fostering a supportive and high-performing team culture.
