Weโ€™re looking for a high-performing Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the Midlands, building lasting relationships with clinics, medispas, and skin health professionals. Youโ€™ll play a key role in shaping the brandโ€™s presence in the region, backed by a supportive, international team and premium product portfolio.

๐Ÿ” Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of professional skincare ranges into clinics, medispas, and skin clinics across the Midlands and UKI region.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with dermatologists, aestheticians, and clinic owners.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities into loyal, long-term accounts.
  • Partner with marketing and education teams to support product launches, events, and in-clinic training.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets, supported by a 100% OTE bonus structure.
  • Contribute to regional sales strategy and lay the foundation for future team growth.

โœ… What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Proven skincare sales experience, ideally within aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmeceuticals.
  • A driven, self-motivated salesperson with a track record of winning new business.
  • Strong knowledge of the professional skincare or aesthetics market in the UK/Ireland.
  • Excellent communication, commercial insight, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for skincare innovation and products that deliver real results.
