About the role The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with the senior leadership team to design, develop, and expand Learning and Development offerings with a differentiated product portfolio. You will be responsible for the creative and collaborative process of growing a market-leading portfolio of products and exploring new opportunities aligned with market trends and demands. You should have the vision to generate innovative ideas and strategies to develop profitable product lines with high ROI. You will work in a customer-centric environment alongside product managers, instructional designers, assessment specialists, and marketing professionals. A proactive, \’can-do\’ attitude and innovative thinking are essential to penetrate and expand the market for these products. Key responsibilities include: Defining the product vision and strategy from launch to scale. Conducting regular research and engagement to understand market demands. Understanding the policies and regulations impacting our development and delivery within the BCS Learning Development environment. Creating product requirement specifications and establishing long-term goals to guide product strategy. Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with employers and stakeholders to foster growth. Engaging with the market, clients, and team members effectively. Communicating product features clearly across teams. Participating actively in the product development lifecycle. Managing the product lifecycle from planning to addressing issues during development. Collaborating with the product development lead to ensure resource availability. Working with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable, feasible products. Creating and overseeing go-to-market support materials and training. Developing promotional strategies with marketing to highlight core features and increase engagement. Representing BCS Learning and Development solutions publicly. Building credibility within customer and partner networks. Ensuring compliance with government, regulatory, client, and BCS policies.
