Our client, a luxury and prestigious hotel, is looking for a Hotel Business Development Manager to lead proactive business development and secure direct corporate bookings, with a strong emphasis on growing national and local accounts. As a Business Development Manager, your focus will be on identifying and developing revenue-generating opportunities across key market sectors. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to grow business from both new and existing accounts, particularly in the MICE sector. Key Responsibilities for this Hotel Business Development Manager Role:

  • Research and target new business leads through client visits, calls, events and networking opportunities
  • Drive MICE business and develop partnerships with key corporate clients
  • Organise and host site visits, show rounds and FAM trips to showcase the venue's offering
  • Represent the business at relevant trade shows and exhibitions
  • Support reactive sales efforts by assisting in enquiry conversion and building strong commercial relationships
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends
  • Manage account tracking, reporting and the renewal of corporate agreements
