A global B2B financial services provider is seeking a Website Manager to define and lead the digital strategy across social media, SEM, SEO, website, and email marketing.Responsibilities:Define and lead the digital strategy across social media, SEM, SEO, website, and emailOwn SEO performance, ensuring content and digital assets are fully optimisedTrack and analyse website performance to drive continuous improvementSupport marketing automation migrationPartner with Data & Insights team to ensure actionable digital marketing workflowsPlan and execute digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, social media, website, and email marketingUse analytics to understand customer interactions across channels, optimizing conversion points and user funnels. Map out the customer and user journeys, identifying key touchpoints and areas for improvementWork with the wider Marketing team to execute and manage the recommended paid search and social activity to support brand developmentTrack and evaluate the performance of digital marketing activities (email, search and social) to continually optimise resultsDefine guidance and best practices for the Marketing teams to ensure digital content is developed and leverages keyword research that will positively influence search engine rankingsChampion best practice, capture learnings, standardise reporting and support regional marketing teams with their activity as appropriateRequirements:5+ years experience in hands-on digital marketing experienceProfessional / Financial services experience preferableDemonstrate strong expertise in LinkedIn, SEO, and website managementExperience with A/B testing, nurturing and campaign analysisComfortable writing copy for social media, emails, landing pagesExcellent attention to detailAbility to work across multiple projects whilst maintaining high standardsStrong communicatorAble to demonstrate understanding of marketing planningShows curiosity to learn from others and seeks best practices ideas to make improvementsEligible to work in the UK
