At Kinbrook, we are seeking an exceptional and visionary Group Chief People Officer (CPO) to spearhead the strategic direction of our HR function across a diverse and expanding group of companies. As a pivotal member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a people strategy that seamlessly integrates with our broader business goals, driving growth, and facilitating the successful alignment of talent and culture—especially in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:- Partner closely with leadership to identify talent gaps, anticipate future workforce needs, and implement organizational changes that align with business objectives.
- Spearhead talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top-tier professionals and build a sustainable pipeline of future talent through apprenticeship and graduate programs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, performance management, and continuous development, fostering an environment where employees can thrive and grow.
- Shape our culture, focusing on employee engagement, wellbeing, and work-life balance while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Ensure that our compensation and benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our financial strategy, while considering regional nuances and the impact of acquisitions.
- Foster a positive, high-performance work environment, addressing employee concerns and building lasting relationships within the organisation.
We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in the role:
- Has worked for a Partner led organisation, and have PE (Private Equity) experience.
- Desirable experience in Professional Services.
- Extensive experience with multiple Mergers and Acquisitions.
- Group level CPO experience, leading the People function for multiple, separate businesses across multiple locations.
- Deep understanding of talent management practices in a complex and competitive market.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in change management and ability to navigate organizational transformations.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to analyse data and use insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Experience in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
