We’re Bluestones Supply Chain Derby, part of the Bluestones Group, a dynamic and growing recruitment agency specialising in Logistics and Industrial, currently looking to grow into commercial roles alongside hospitality. We’re on the lookout for an experienced Permanent Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our passionate team and help build on our strong client relationships and ever-growing candidate network.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and developing a 360° recruitment desk focused on permanent commercial roles (e.g. admin, customer service, sales, marketing, HR)
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Sourcing and interviewing high-calibre candidates
  • Matching candidates to roles and managing the recruitment process end-to-end
  • Meeting KPIs and revenue targets – and enjoying the rewards that come with success!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment consultant role (ideally commercial/permanent desk)
  • A natural communicator who thrives on building relationships
  • Driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Resilient, positive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
