Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day planning and oversight of the design department's workload to meet deadlines and budget targets.
- Mentor and guide a team of talented designers, providing feedback, fostering growth, and ensuring high standards of performance.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Customer Support teams to deliver cohesive, practical, and effective design solutions.
- Ensure all designs meet company standards and client expectations through rigorous QA processes.
- Utilize 2D and 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks essential) to contribute to design development and review.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback into design improvements.

Required Experience & Skills:
- Proficient in 2D & 3D CAD design software - SolidWorks is essential
