An Architectural practice with an established brand are seeking an individual to provide Building Regulation & Design Compliance advice to their varied portfolio of projects. This opportunity is remote and will provide ultimate flexibility so you can enjoy the work-life balance that you want, despite their remote approach they still have a social office presence. As an Architect or Building Control Surveyor you will leverage your knowledge to help ensure design compliance. You will have the support of the wider team that is made up of Architects, Building Control Consultants and Fire Engineers as you consult on internal and external projects.
The Successful Senior Building Regulation Consultant Will Have:
- 4 years within either Building Control or Architecture (ARB)
- Knowledge and understanding of how to apply BSA and Building Regulations
- Member of a professional organisation: MCABE / MCIOB / CBuildE / MRICS / RIBA / MCIAT
