We are currently recruiting for The Residence Head Waiter/ess at The Londoner. The Residence features three beautifully designed spaces for hotel residents: The Y Bar, The Drawing Room, and The Whisky Room, curated to meet our guests’ work and leisure needs.
A rare opportunity to join The Residence at The Londoner as a Head Waiter/ess. Responsible for achieving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals through upselling and excellent service. Lead the Bar operations team to ensure customer and staff satisfaction in a motivated environment. Exceed guest expectations by seeking feedback and improving service levels. Develop strategies to improve service alongside the management team.
About You
- Deep knowledge of London restaurant and liquor trends; experience with afternoon teas and champagne is advantageous.
- Demonstrate personal ownership, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Current supervisory experience in a similar environment.
- Proven track record of achieving departmental targets with attention to detail and precision.
