Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support workplace teams across the region to deliver high-quality services Foster a culture centered on collaboration, professionalism, and ongoing development Conduct performance evaluations and implement training and development programs Oversee the provision of all workplace services—reception, cleaning, maintenance, catering, and events—ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs Carry out regular site visits to assess service quality, address concerns, and engage with teams on the ground Manage escalations efficiently and implement effective resolutions to maintain seamless operations Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand evolving needs and tailor services to enhance the overall workplace experience Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications Significant experience in a senior workplace, facilities, or hospitality management role, ideally across multiple locations Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in building and managing high-performing teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders Proficient in workplace management systems and Microsoft Office applications Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and sustainability principles Experience in budget oversight and financial data analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
