We are seeking a technically proficient Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in Oracle ERP systems, Azure cloud integrations, and a working knowledge of Python. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration of enterprise applications and data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements across departments.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle ERP with Azure services and third-party systems.
- Analyze data flow between systems and support data mapping for integration projects.
- Develop functional and technical specifications for system changes and enhancements.
- Leverage Python scripts for automation, data transformation, and analysis where applicable.
- Participate in testing, UAT, and validation of integrated solutions.
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders, developers, and solution architects to ensure clear communication and successful delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in enterprise IT environments.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP modules and Fusion Cloud applications.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Data Factory).
- Experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and data transformation.
- Proficiency in SQL and intermediate-level Python scripting.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
