Health & Safety Manager - Energy from Waste

HSE Manager\\n\\nUp to £75,000 + Benefits and Bonus\\n\\nSlough\\n\\nWe are seeking a HSE Manager, to be based on a Newly Commissioned Power Station in Slough.\\n\\nWe are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 5 years' experience in heavy engineering sectors such as Power Generation ideally working with the Energy from Waste process. Your expertise in working with recognized management systems like ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001 will be crucial in driving continuous improvement. \\n\\nRole & Responsibilities\\n\\nAs the HSE Manager, you will:\\n\\nSupport top management in issuing HSE policies and guidelines\\nDefine roles and responsibilities related to safety aspects\\nEnsure implementation, updating, review, and auditing of Company HSE Systems\\nMonitor effective implementation of Safety and Environment System procedures\\nConduct safety audits, accident/incident investigations, and risk assessments\\nProvide technical support to Senior Management on safety-related matters\\nSupport outages and projects at customer sites, including travel and flexible work arrangementsRequirements\\n\\nRelevant Health and Safety Advisory experience in heavy engineering sectors\\nNEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent CSCS card holder\\nQualified internal health & safety auditor with demonstrable audit experience\\nMinimum Grad IOSH certification\\nStrong communication, rapport-building, influencing, and negotiating skills\\nPragmatic approach to managing Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Assurance\\nExperience and knowledge of management systems such as ISO 45001, 14001, and 9001Package Details\\n\\nCompetitive salary range of £65,000 to £75,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)\\nOpportunity for overtime during large projects and outages\\nAnnual bonus\\n25 days annual holidays plus statutory/bank holidays\\n40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday\\nTraining and development opportunitiesTo apply for this role please send your CV or call (phone number removed) for more information.\\n\\nEqually if this role would not be of interest to you but may be for a suitable friend or colleague, we can offer paid referral fees for successful placements.\\n\\nINDW
