Fully Remote FP&A Manager

We are seeking a commercially minded and analytically strong Fully Remote FP&A Manager to join a rapidly growing, PE-backed company on 6 x months interim basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, dynamic environment and is excited to play a pivotal role in FP&A and process improvement.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nSupport and help drive the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring robust financial input and collaboration across the business.\\nDevelop and maintain robust cash flow forecasting models and scenario analysis.\\nPartner with senior stakeholders across departments to provide clear financial insights, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making.\\nBuild and continuously improve management reporting and KPI dashboards that provide actionable insights.\\nAnalyse monthly performance against budget/forecast, identify variances, and provide commentary and recommendations.\\nImplement and enhance financial models and tools, particularly in Excel or related BI/reporting systems.\\nSupport ad hoc strategic and commercial analysis as required.\\nAssist in automating and improving the reporting process and controls around data accuracy.\\nContribute to finance transformation initiatives and systems implementation as required.Skills & Experience Required:\\n\\nQualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 3+ years post-qualification experience in FP&A\\nExperience in a similar role e,g FP&A Manager\\nStrong understanding of financial principles, cash flow management, and financial modelling.\\nHigh level of proficiency in Excel ; experience with financial systems (e.g., Power BI, Power Query, NetSuite) is an advantage but is not necessary\\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.By applying you will be registered as a candidate with Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Limited.
