Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and motivated Renewables Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing renewable energy installation projects from start to finish. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a passion for driving sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful delivery of renewable energy installations.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with surveyors, installation teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all projects meet relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and performance reports.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential challenges during the project lifecycle and implement effective solutions.
• Supplier and Contractor Management: Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor project outcomes to ensure high-quality installations and customer satisfaction.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of developments in renewable energy technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the renewable energy or construction sectors.
• Understanding of renewable energy systems, including solar PV, air source heat pumps, or insulation.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team, and stakeholders.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of PAS 2035 processes and retrofit coordination.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency standards and building regulations.
