We are delighted to be working on behalf of Lifetime Group (http://www.lifetimetraining.co.uk) with the strategic appointment of a Director of Funding Compliance at Lifetime Training. We are looking to hear from strategic Compliance/Audit Directors, specifically with extensive experience within the apprenticeship or vocational education sector.

Location
Whilst Lifetime Training is headquartered in Bristol, this role is offered on a remote basis.
The Role
The Director of Funding Compliance for Apprenticeships will serve as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing and ensuring comprehensive compliance with funding regulations within our apprenticeship initiatives.
This role sits as part of the Senior Leadership Team within Lifetime Training Group and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The role is instrumental in improving its compliance governance, operational processes and partnering with key stakeholders to create and align best practice to deliver compliant learner journeys.
You will be ultimately responsible for the management of Lifetime’s compliance processing and funding claims functions, ensuring that all working practices are in line with both regulatory requirements and internal policies across both the current and the future operational footprint of the company.
About You
With extensive experience in compliance management, particularly within the apprenticeship or vocational education sector, you will have profound understanding of ESFA funding regulations, reporting, and compliance standards. Demonstrating the ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level, you will bring exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to build trust across all levels.
