Technical Support Consultant – Broadcast/Media – Warrington

We are working with a leading creative video technology company that provides innovative products to the broadcast, post-production, and AV industries. They are hiring for three exciting technical support roles, all based at their office in Warrington

1. Live Production Support

  • Support users of production switchers and broadcast products.
  • Assist with troubleshooting, installation, and configuration.
  • Ideal for candidates with live production experience and knowledge of video encoding, bit rates, and workflows.

2. Post Production Support Consultant

  • Provide technical support on video post-production products.
  • Ideal for those with a background in editing, grading, effects, and streaming.
  • Familiarity with IT, computer systems, and video hardware/software is beneficial.

3. Camera User Support

  • Support users of professional cinema and video cameras.
