My client is looking for someone to support and enhance their core business systems across underwriting, claims, and back-office functions. You would be the first point of contact for system issues, fixes, and updates and also provide deskside and infrastructure support as needed.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers
- Analyse current processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies
- Map out system workflows, data flows, and user journeys
- Work with IT teams to define and refine solution designs
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases
