Business Systems Support Analyst City of London Contract position Inside IR35 – £600-£750 a day My client is looking for someone to support and enhance their core business systems across underwriting, claims, and back-office functions. You would be the first point of contact for system issues, fixes, and updates and also provide deskside and infrastructure support as needed. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers Analyse current processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies Map out system workflows, data flows, and user journeys Work with IT teams to define and refine solution designs Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases Support product backlog refinement and prioritisation Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions Assist in testing phases by reviewing test scripts and validating outcomes Manage change requests and assess impact on scope or timelines Help with system configuration and setup if required Track issues and follow through to resolution Support training and documentation for end users Ensure the solution meets business needs before go-live Contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
