We’re looking for people like you, and this could be your opportunity to start Building Your New Possible. What is the role? This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Care Team. The role typically reports to the Head of Customer Care. The purpose of the role is to provide a variety of high-quality remedial and maintenance works for customers in their new homes, providing maintaining high standards of customer experience. The role will include: Manage and prioritise workloads in order to complete high-quality remedial works in a timely manner and in accordance with set SLA’s. Provide quality remedial works, ensuring compliance under the Persimmon Pledge and Customer Care Policies and Procedures. Minimise costs associated with remedial works and adhere to the sign-off and cost recording policies, identify all contra-charging opportunities. Complete all required online reporting via the Operative App, facilitating accurate record keeping of defect resolution and root cause analysis. Liaise with and monitor subcontractors where appropriate, to complete inspections of reported defects, providing full details of agreed works to both the customer and the Customer Care Co-ordinators. Comply with responsibilities as defined in the Group\’s HS&E Policy and ensure compliance throughout team What experience, qualifications and skills are we looking for? Ability to be competent in all aspects of homeowner maintenance, including maintenance of machines and tools Painting and Joinery experience is required PASMA certificate is advantageous Excellent customer service skills Conversant with Microsoft Office Current CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) First Aid qualification would be advantageous Full UK Driving Licence is required What’s in it for you?
