Our client, a global consumer technology company, is seeking a highly organized and proactive JIRA Coordinator to support their Technical Project Management (TPM) team. This contract role will focus on managing JIRA-based workflows for a high volume of engineering and manufacturing projects, ensuring cross-functional teams—both domestic and international—stay aligned and on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage multiple JIRA projects across the engineering organization
- Host regular JIRA coordination calls with international manufacturing teams
- Build and maintain dashboards to track project progress and metrics
- Ensure timely ticket updates, closures, and overall JIRA hygiene
- Create burndown slides and other visual updates for leadership reviews
- Follow up with project owners and team members to gather input and ensure accountability
- Jump into priority projects across the TPM team to bring structure and visibility through JIRA
