Job Title: Personal Safety Trainer

Salary: £32,500 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: London (with national travel)

We\’re seeking an experienced Personal Safety and Conflict Management Trainer to join our team. This role involves delivering training that helps individuals de-escalate conflict, manage challenging behaviour, and build confidence.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and online, across the UK.
2. Travel as needed to meet client requirements.
3. Develop and update training materials to ensure relevance and impact.

Requirements

1. Recognised training qualification (Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent) or working towards it.
2. Recent experience in delivering personal safety and/or physical intervention training.
3. Strong communication skills with practical conflict resolution knowledge.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital systems.
5. Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
