This role involves delivering training that helps individuals de-escalate conflict, manage challenging behaviour, and build confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions, both in-person and online, across the UK.
- Travel as needed to meet client requirements.
- Develop and update training materials to ensure relevance and impact.
Requirements:
- Recognised training qualification (Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent) or working towards it.
- Recent experience in delivering personal safety and/or physical intervention training.
- Strong communication skills with practical conflict resolution knowledge.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and digital systems.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
