Sample Collections Officer – Site based, Bridgewater. Peopleforce Recruitment are looking for a candidate to join one of our long standing clients as a Sample Collections Officer on a flexible schedule. This position will be collecting breath/oral fluid samples from employees for drug and alcohol testing purposes. This role will be working on site in Bridgewater (Hinkley Point C) on an ongoing contract basis. Although not a full-time position, there will be regular hours provided on a monthly rota basis and candidates will be required to work 8-12 hour shifts between the hours of 05.00 – 24.00. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct drug and alcohol sample collections in accordance with industry standards and company protocols. * Ensure proper identification, labelling, and handling of samples to maintain chain-of-custody integrity. * Adhere to strict confidentiality and privacy policies while interacting with clients and test subjects. * Maintain accurate and timely records of sample collection and testing activities. * Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times. Key Requirements: * Have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. * Can demonstrate professionalism, discretion and respect in all interactions. * Have a strong sense of integrity and are comfortable following procedures. * Are comfortable working independently and managing schedules effectively. * Ideally have previous experience in dealing with members of the public in situations such as the police, military or healthcare fields. The successful candidate will be required to attend 2-3 days face to face training at the client’s site which will involve an overnight stay (expenses paid)
