The role We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own and optimize our post-application marketing funnel, ensuring that more leads successfully convert into enrolled students. You will develop and execute email, SMS, retargeting, and re-engagement campaigns that nurture applicants through the admissions process and beyond. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives on improving conversion rates, engagement, and revenue through highly personalized and automated marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Conversion Optimization : Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to increase conversion rates from applicants to enrolled students. Email & SMS Campaigns : Design and automate nurture sequences, follow-ups, and promotional campaigns to keep applicants engaged. Retargeting & Remarketing : Work closely with paid media teams to launch re-engagement and resurrection campaigns for unresponsive leads. CRM & Automation : Utilize our CRM data to segment audiences and build automated workflows that improve engagement. Personalization & A/B Testing : Implement data-driven personalization tactics and continuously test messaging, timing, and channels. Performance Tracking : Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs such as open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, and ROI. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email/SMS marketing, or CRM automation, preferably in a high growth B2C startup or education/edtech environment. Proven experience with marketing automation tools Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and campaign performance analysis. Hands-on experience with segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targeting strategies. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
