We are supporting a jewellery brand in their search for Established Assistant Merchandiser to join their growing team. Fantastic opportunity working 3 days from home and 2 from their modern head office with a competitive salary.
Key responsibilities include:
- Running the day-to-day of the Merchandising department
- Forecasting sales and stock level to achieve sale plans and margin/profit for the department
- Monitoring the department performance and identifying opportunities and highlighting risks
- Working closely with the Buying team to successfully range plan for your department
- Managing the WSSI, responsible for the smooth-running day-to-day of the department
The successful candidate will:
- Currently be an AM
- Have strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Be confident in Excel
- Be commercially minded, with excellent verbal and written skills, with high attention to detail
