This is a full-time Therapist role on a 38-hour week schedule. You must have availability to work weekdays and weekends. The Role You Could Play Our Therapists play a pivotal role in the business with a mission to become the ones clients rave about, delivering exceptional customer service experience every day. You\’ll work closely with your Clinic Manager and Team Leader to build a highly effective clinic that provides clients with accessible treatments, backed by medical experts. What you will bring: Our ideal candidate will have a passion for skin. You must also have: · Level 3 in Beauty Therapy · Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment · Availability to work weekdays and weekends Key responsibilities include: · Providing an empathetic approach to help customers with queries, skin concerns, and offering suitable solutions · Being an expert in your field, confidently delivering skincare consultations including Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Skin Needling, and HydraFacial · Communicating effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, including supporting with clinic operations, cleanliness, and hygiene · Supporting the front desk as required We seek individuals who embody our core values, are passionate, approachable, and committed to ensuring our customers feel confident in their skin.
