Requirements Fluent in English Valid visa or work authorization for the U.S. Dual citizenship (UK/US or EU/US) is a plus Ability to work as a local hire in NYC (secure own housing and transport) Job Summary As a freelance Senior Producer, you will oversee high-volume photo and video productions, manage logistics, coordinate crew, and ensure smooth operations from concept to completion. Responsibilities Lead production for advertising, editorial, and branded content Manage timelines, budgets, call sheets, crew, and vendors Act as primary client contact Negotiate talent and vendor rates Track expenses and handle post-shoot wrap-up Collaborate with creative, production, and operations teams Qualifications 5+ years experience in high-end commercial photo/video production Strong communication and client relationship skills Budget management and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Salesforce, QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, Airtable, and Asana Ability to be on-site in NYC (own lodging and travel) Compensation Rate is commensurate with experience.
