We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical support and infrastructure services across multiple client sites. This role is vital to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient IT service delivery in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.

Weekend or out-of-hours support will apply to this role.

The Role

  • Deliver hands-on on-site IT support across key London locations.
  • Coordinate bi-annual maintenance checks and ad-hoc site visits.
  • Provide break-fix support for end-user devices including monitors, phones, thin clients, and peripherals.
  • Manage hardware setups, cable patching, Wi-Fi testing, and diagnostics.
  • Build and deploy PCs, including Thin Clients, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Support and maintain asset tagging, CMDB updates, and lifecycle management of IT infrastructure.
  • Oversee Co-Location (CoLo) services including installations, moves, and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Supervise and chaperone third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with client standards.
  • Provide intelligent hands-on support for power cycling and hardware replacements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of change activities and support actions.
  • Conduct comms room cleaning and manage IT asset disposal via approved vendors.
  • Participate in service reviews and proactively recommend areas for improvement.
  • Major desk moves and project-specific resource extensions.
