Service Care Solutions are working alongside a national will writing company who are looking to recruit a highly experienced and client-focused Senior Private Client Consultant to deliver expert Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning services. You’ll provide bespoke advice, mentor junior staff, and support business development, all while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and care.

Role: Senior Private Client ConsultantSalary: £35,000-£40,000 per year (+commission)
Working: Full-time, Hybrid (requirement for client visits)
Contract: Permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored estate planning solutions, including Wills, LPAs, and Trusts (inc. Sharia, ROI, Scottish, and Pilot).
- Confidently handle complex client scenarios and legal conflicts.
- Maintain high accuracy in drafting and documentation.
- Lead client meetings, both virtually and face-to-face.
- Mentor junior team members and assist with training initiatives.
- Support team leaders and management on projects and process improvements.
- Resolve client complaints in partnership with the Complaints Manager.
- Contribute to webinars, training sessions, and cross-department collaboration.
- Identify business opportunities and support lead generation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in estate planning or private client law.
- STEP, CILEX qualified, or Law degree (accredited institution).
- Strong client care, communication, and drafting skills.
- Confident, empathetic, and professional.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Comfortable with MS Office and CRM systems.
- Full UK driving licence (car not required).
