Are you an experienced Critical Care Nurse looking for a new challenge, or a dynamic Registered General Nurse seeking to develop a career in Industry? We are looking for a talented and highly motivated individual to deliver exceptional training and education to our NHS customers, across our critical care portfolio. If you are an RGN with significant clinical and operational experience within the NHS and a proven track record of planning, delivering, and assessing clinical training, we would love to speak with you. Experience working in Critical Care / Intensive Care Units is advantageous, but full training will be provided. A formal teaching and assessing qualification is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week, with variable hours between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. This field-based role requires extensive travel across the Midlands and North Wales regions; therefore, a valid, full UK driving license is essential.

What does the role involve?

  • Support the development of new business and the retention of existing business through high-quality clinical training and education for end users of our products.
  • Develop and deliver added-value clinical training to NHS groups and individuals, providing ongoing support to nursing and medical staff.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor products, services, and activities.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key customers as outlined in Territory Action Plans.
  • Work closely with your Regional Business Manager to align activities with the Territory Action Plan and overall business strategy.
