Dispatcher HVAC

Overview

The HVAC Dispatcher will provide dispatching support for HVAC Installers/Technicians and Plumbers. Must have experience dispatching in same or similar background.

Responsibilities

• Answering a large amount of telephone calls, scheduling preventative maintenance work and return goods functions.
• May also include purchasing and buying install and repair equipment and parts.
• Will work with large amounts of paperwork and some company and scheduling software systems.
• Very fast-paced and busy environment.

Qualifications

• Requirements include accuracy, good clerical skills, strong organizational skills and good multi-tasking skills, familiarity with and proficiency in typical office computer programs; current, valid PA driver\’s license, diploma or GED.
• Due to large amount of telephone work, you must be well-versed in telephone etiquette.
• Also need to possess the ability to work with and around an assortment of varied personality types.
