Responsibilities:
- Building and managing an engaged network of senior candidates within the marketing and sales industries
- Conducting senior-level searches and market maps
- Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
- Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
- Managing complex negotiations
- Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
- Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market
