We are looking for a Talent Agent to come on board and support our roster of exciting digital led talent across brand and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day handling of the majority of talent on the PBGCreator roster.
  • Booking, contracting and invoicing for activations.
  • Creating individual strategies for talent and presenting to Co Founders.
  • Overseeing execution of strategy.
  • Client facing meetings and onboarding new clients.
  • Sending updated roster to relevant clients and casting agents.
  • Reporting to Co-founders.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new creators and expanding your roster.
  • Additional casting assistance for PBG.
  • Event attendance with talent where needed.
  • Fashion Week outreach and scheduling on behalf of your talent.
  • Updating talents profiles when necessary on the PBG website and decks.
  • Contributing ideas to general PBGCreator social account.
  • Management of any interns under the PBGC roster.

Qualifications

  • Must be a good communicator with experience in being an agent for talent, preferably digital led talents.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Negotiation and client relationships.
  • Understanding of basic contracts, usage and deliverables.
  • Understanding of all social media platforms and terminology associated with them.
  • Xero (or similar accounting software).
  • Execute and create decks.
  • Experience in WordPress or similar.
